W3TC not working properly

I’ve tried to make W3TC work properly with my blog, but it seems like it just does not want to play nice on : https://www.idevice.ro/
I got it to work fine on https://xzs.idevice.ro/ with CDN enabled, but on the first domain it just won’t work at all
It is disabled atm, but when it was enabled, it generated cache files on the server, but I got no output for debug and it did not want to upload files to the CDN, although I made the setup correclty and it passed the test for the CDN.
W3TC modifies all the htaccess files correctly and even though it apparently makes all the cache files, I would like to get some output for what it’s doing and get the CDN working. Thank you!
