W3TC not rewriting CDN Media URLS

W3TC is properly uploaded the files to RACKSPACE CLOUD, but it suddenly stopped displaying the link with the proper CDN link.
I have tried the following
- Disable/Enable Plugin
- Check the ‘unsuccessful file transfer’ tab
- Reimport ‘importing attachments into the media library
- Modified the ‘Modify attachment URLS
Strangely enough, the plugin is still outputting the message:
Content Delivery Network via Rackspace Cloud Files: cdn.DOMAIN
