W3TC: link to minified css not optimized

I’m using your plugin in combination with W3TC. I have setup a staging server to configure and test in seedubai.robotito.es, and everything is working fine: no complaints from PageSpeed Insights.
But… when I rolled out the changes to production PageSpeed Insights is still complaining:
Remove render-blocking JavaScript:

Optimize CSS Delivery of the following:
https://seedubaitours.com/…inify/0/4c1e3.default.include.789ba3.cssThese errors are not appearing on the staging site, and I noticed that the production site has an extra <link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”https://seedubaitours.com/wp-content/cache/minify/0/4c1e3.default.include.789ba3.css” media=”all”>
Did I miss any settings to have the plugin remove these, and load them async/optimized?
