    Hi,

I have been using W3TC for a few weeks now without any issues.

Today, I found that I am only able to access the W3TC Dashboard, and none of the configuration pages (like General settings, Page Cache, CDN etc).

The Dashboard page itself does not look properly formatted (see https://imgur.com/a/HjrcBbu).

What can cause something like this? It seems that it is operating in the the background (i.e. my pages still make use of the CDN), but I am unable to access any configuration pages.

    Thank you for your help,

    Peter

    Hello @futureshocked

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Well, this is the first one!
DO you have a multisite by any chance? Have you tried purging all cache in the top wp-admin bar Performance>Purge all caches?
In the same many (tope admin bar) If you hover over Performance and click on General settings does it take you to the General settings Page?
    Thank you!

    Hi Marko,

My site is not multisite. Its a stand-alone Woocommerce site.

I have purged the caches multiple times via “Purge all caches”, but also manually on my host. The problem persists.

Clicking on General Settings does not take me to the actual General Settings page. It takes me to the page I attached in my first post.

I have individually disabled several plugins in case they are clashing, but had to positive results yet. I will continue my effort tomorrow.

In the mean time, is there anything else you can suggest?

    Kind regards,

    Peter

Update: I believe I have found the problem.

The “Paypal for Woocommerce” plugin seems to be interfering.

    Hello @futureshocked

Just to confirm, when you disabled the mentioned plugin everything came back to normal?
    Have you tried re-enabling it?

Yes, that is the behaviour I see. I am working with the developer to get this fixed.

    Hello @futureshocked

This is very strange but thank you for the information provided.
