W3TC caching attachment URLs

Don’t know why, but W3TC seems to cache attachment URLs.
I am using WordPress SEO sitemaps and have the setting to not display images in sitemaps. But still W3TC seems to cache them. Absolutely unneeded.
Anyone knows how to stop this?
