w3 validator warning

I need to fix this warning from w3 validator , it show me elementor plugin and i have update plugin and remove cache but still not resolved, How can i fix this ? Please check below the link for errors

where can i find this code, so i will remove trailing slash for img, and want to add head tag under <section> element, Please anyone help me ?
