Hello. I just discovered an issue with your plugin. My site has word doc resources as links and on the server. These can be linked via a direct URL or via a link in the page content. They work as expected on a computer. However on an ipad you get an “unable to read this document” error. This only happens on ipads. If I disable the W3 Total Cache plugin, the issue is resolved and word docs open again.

    Hello,
Go to your WP Dashboard, Performance>Page cache and scroll down to the Advanced section and look for “Rejected user agents” field. Add iPad in that field and save all settings.
    I hope this helps.

Sorry but no luck. tried that and also disabling for the directory which has pages that link to word docs but still the error. Only thing that allows word docs to open on the ipad is to disable plugin entirely.

Can you provide me with an url to such a document? I want to test it from an Ipad, Also, as an workaround, are all those documents on the same page? If so, you may want to try excluding the entire page / doc from caching. Looking forward for your reply.

Also, I found https://osxdaily.com/fix-safari-cant-open-page-error-ios-mac/ . Further more, have you tried the page from a different browser such as Chrome (installed on that ipad?
