w3 total Chache and site health issues

My website is https://www.greatestsportingmoments.com and it works only on google chrome, however it does not work on mobile devices, firefox, safari or internet explorer.

When i have w3 total cache activated the website runs fast however the front of the website is corrupted with the theme (simple mag) non existent, and all of the images that should appear, located in a column on the far right hand side of the page.

However when i have w3 total cache de-activated the website runs substantially slower, however the site appears healthy with the images all in their correct place and theme working.

At the moment i have w3 total cache activated. Please! Any heap would be appreciated!
