W3 Total Cache Replaced All External Links With Internal Media Links

I recently set up W3 Total Cache on one of my sites and it appears to have replaced every link to an external site with an internal media links (APPLICATION/OCTET-STREAM) containing the full HTML for the linked website. Any ideas on how I can reverse this without crawling through hundreds of broken links.
