W3 Total Cache Purge From Cache Issue

I am using w3 Total Cache. After I edit and save page, I try to purge the page from cache to get the latest changes take affect by using

“Purge from cache” button.

It seems to work fine if I follow the View Page link after the page is purged.

But strangely if I go to another browser and try to view the page manually, or if I view the page with another IP in my iPhone, I see the edited page is not purged and served as unedited page.

Purge from cache button does not work for me. Only if I go and use

“Empty All Caches”

I see the page is served as freshly including my latest changes. But removing all cache to purge only one page seems to be not a good solution.

What might be the reason for this issue and how can I make “Purge from cache” button works as expected?
