W3 Total Cache prevents payments

    Good afternoon,

    I installed W3 Total Cache, but I realized that it is preventing payments. The plugin I use for payments is Easypay.
    Payments by mbway are not processed or by CC. Payments with ATM reference are ok, but the orders remain in the “awaiting payment” state.

    I have already placed the cart and checkout pages as an exclusion, but the error continues.

    Can you help me, please?

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Can you please share the website URL or the page that leads to payment?
    What have you added to Page Cache exclusion?
    Can you please share which settings are enabled in Performance>General settings and also, can you please disable W3 Total Cache settings one by one, save settings, and purge the cache after you disable each setting and see which one might be causing this?
