W3 Total Cache – Object Caching

  • Hi,

    I’m in urgent need of help please.
    My website is: https://www.ladybugjewellery.com

    I had W3-Cache and somehow understood that my “add to card” buttons only worked when I had my object caching on.
    In order to test performance I’ve tried to delete W3. I’ve deleted all the correct files and folders through ftp.

    However I’m not not able to get access to my dashboard. I completely lost access to it :S

    Same happens when I press “add to card” – I get a blank page and nothing happens.
    Please can someone help?
