  • What caching method are you using? Disk/APC/memcache?

Disk caching. If it helps you I can setup a test environment to check.

    All the best

I recommend disabling Disk caching with Object Caching. The reason for this is on complex themes (Such as your BuddyPress themes) you can generate thousands upon thousands of files which will crash many shared hosts. Some can have 20k 200k or more different files.

Object caching only really works if you are using APC Memcache or some other form of Memory caching. Other issues from this is your WordPress Updates might not work if you use Disk Caching.
