W3 total cache / mobile site not updating

With W3 total cache, what settings do I need to update so the homepage automatically updates when a new post is made? Right now I am having to manually purge all to get the new post to show up.

Also, I am having a larger issue with the site not always loading properly in Chrome (periodic Aw Snap browser crashing), but it seems to load fine in Chrome – Incognito. That leads me to believe there could be a caching issue. Are there any settings in W3 that could help address this?
