When I enable the ‘minify’ option (selecting all default mood), Then I checked it on the incognito window and other browsers. I see my ‘home page’ is broken (without header & footer). But all the other pages are normal. Then I come back again to the general setting of w3 total cache and minify mood switch to ‘Manual’. Then I check again & it’s still the same. Then I configure the plugin as ‘Restore default setting’. Then I check again & it’s still the same. and finally, I completely deactivate & delete w3 total cache plugin from my site by deleting the ‘cache & w3_config’ folder from the file manager of the control panel. but it’s still showing the same situation! ‘home page’ is broken (without header & footer). But all the other pages are normal! I searched and tried to fix it a lot but unfortunately, I couldn’t able to fix this. And finally, I am posting here this problem… Please help me

    Hello @mdyousufcse

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
When I check your website I am seeing a different thing. I can see the header and footer but I am not seeing the body of the homepage as you can see in the screenshot. However, when I add a random query string to the URL to disable cache I can see the body. Can you confirm if this is how it suppose to look like?
This means that the page is still cached. I don’t see W3 Total Cache active however I can see the x-cache-enabled: True header and x-proxy-cache: HIT. This means that you are using another layer of caching, possibly server-side caching and/or CDN.
You should make sure to purge the CDN and purge the server-side cache.
Please let me know if this helps!
    Thanks!

Thanks for responding. No, you didn’t see different things! It’s the exact same thing/issue that I wanted to mean in my post. The screenshots are the current status of my website!

Yeah, you can’t see the w3 total cache active because I already completely deleted it from my website!
Yeah, you are absolutely right that I am/was using another caching plugin named ‘SG Optimizer’ from SiteGround! and thanks a lot for informing me of this most important info. Recently I checked & found a new thing!
When I deactivated the ‘SG Optimizer’ plugin my site status is normal (I mean the issue is fixed) but when I again reactivating it, it’s showing me the same previous issue!

So please tell me what I should do now? It’s paining me a lot… Thanks…

    Hello @mdyousufcse

Thank you for the information and I am glad we managed to find the source of the issue.
This means that you need to purge the cache in SG optimizer once you enable it as it’s probably cached on the black page.
In any case, you should reach out to their support for assistance with this.
And one more thing, please make sure not to use more than one caching solution. By this, I mean also if you have server-side caching enabled or another caching plugin as you may encounter issues.
    Thanks!

Yeah, now I got it. I already purge the cache in the SG optimizer. But now here is another problem. I am using the SiteGround hosting server, so it’s better to use ‘SG Optimizer’. But when I deactivating the W3 total cache, my site is showing like before. And when I again activating w3 total cache it fixed and the site status is normal! it doesn’t matter I deactivating ‘SG Optimizer’ or not. So in this what I should do?
Should I talk with them or you have any solution?
    Thanks!

((I am going to send this explanation to SiteGround for getting support. Hope this explanation is enough to understand the whole issue))

    Hello,
I am facing a critical issue on my site. I install a plugin named ‘W3 total cache’. (It’s a site optimizer plugin & now I know that I didn’t it because I had already ‘SG Optimizer’. But when I installed it, I didn’t know that).
Then I figured just 2 options. I enabled ‘page cache’ & ‘Minify’ options! Then I open it in another browser. I see the header and footer but I am not seeing the body of the homepage! But every single page status is normal!
Then I realized there has been a conflict between W3 total cache & SG Optimizer! Then I contact the w3 total cache plugin support forum on WordPress. Then they gave me instructions and I cleaned the empty all caches from w3 total cache & cleaned the purge cache from SG optimizer! Then I open my site to another browser & see the homepage is fixed! I mean the site status is normal.
Then I think, While I am using the SiteGround hosting server, so it’s better to use ‘SG Optimizer’ plugin instead of ‘w3 total cache’. Then I deactivate the W3 total cache and open my site again for checking the result, But Now I see a new issue! This time whole of my homepage has disappeared! I mean I can’t see my homepage even the header & footer also I can’t see now! Then I activate the w3 total cache again & now I see the site status is normal. everything is ok! Then I deactivate the SG Optimizer plugin & still, everything is ok! So now deactivating SG optimizer there is any effect on my site but deactivating the w3 total cache, the issue comes back & I can’t see my whole homepage!

So my question is. while I am using your service I wanna use the SG Optimizer plugin. but as I told the whole issue, How I fix this problem on my site?
