W3 Total Cache Issue

  • Hi there,

    I have installed and configured W3 Total Cache on a clients new site, however I am getting an issue where (intermittently) the Ajax Load more content on the home page doesn’t load at all.

    Added to this the ‘Load More’ buttons don’t bring in any content.

    I haven’t been able to replicate this issue myself, however the client is experiencing the problem and several of their customers are too.

    Is there an action or a process I need to add as an exception to W3 Total Cache to stop it caching Ajax Load More functionality?

    Any help or suggestions you can offer to get this working would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jakus,
    Sorry, I haven’t heard of any other issues with W3 Total Chance and ALM so i don’t have any advise.

    Do you have the Ajax Nonce checkbox checked in the ALM Settings?

    I do have Ajax Nonce checked.. Should I try disabling it?

    This would seem like a mistake given it’s protecting against malicious activity…

    You don’t really need the nonce since ALM uses GET request. The issue might be total cache is caching the nonce and it might be an issue

    Try unchecking it and clearing your cache

    It’s really up to you. This is why it’s an option on the settings page.
