W3 Total cache is not working

Hi Team,

My W3 Total cache plugin is not working in my wordpress environment. When I check the plugin, it is not allowing me to see the settings page, then when I try to see the plugin from the performance –> Dashboard link, it says “The plugin is currently disabled in community mode”. It is not allowing me to deactivate or uninstall too, as I thought I can uninstall and install it back… Please help me to fix this problem ASAP.
