Seems the folks over at W3 Total Cache Fixed make all kinds of fixes and upgrades to this plugin. Their changelog after 0.952 came out: https://github.com/szepeviktor/w3-total-cache-fixed/wiki/Changelog
That’s a shit load of new stuff in just 3 weeks since 0.952 came out. I get the sense they reset their list and begin adding new stuff on each new official w3 release.

I’m one of developers of the community version w3tc-fix.W3tc is a very complex plugin, maybe the complex one ever made; it’s normal found some bugs.
W3tc in the past has released updates with very lack, but now it seems releases updates every 3 month.
In the community version we apply patch every time we found issue and send a mail to official w3tc for inform the developers.
About the traking, is just another bug and i think will be fixed in next release.
The tracking is performed with google analitys, no reason for scare.
