W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing
-
I’m still investigating what might have caused this on a clients site but here’s what I got:
The entire site was blank. I couldn’t see the page from the front or the backend. Just completely white and nothing else. The first thing I did was disable every plugin from the database. Still happened. Then I renamed the plugins folder and that’s when I got the error below.
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place blank page……
So I renamed the plugins folder back and deleted W3 Total Cache. Then I got the error above.
The files I had to delete were advanced-cache.php, db.php, and another php file I can’t seem to remember.
How? Why? What happend? Can I even install W3 again without this issue happening again? I’m thinking the client already thinks it’s my fault for having their site down.
Thanks..
