W3 Total Cache Error: Showing Error Message on Dashboard

Getting the following error message:

W3 Total Cache Error: Files and directories could not be automatically created to complete the installation.

Please execute commands manually
or use FTP form to allow W3 Total Cache make it automatically.

1. I executed the commands manually didn’t work still showing the message.

2. Use FTP option shows a blank bar that never do anything.

Any solutions??
