    When you visit website w/o enabled W3TC, do you have 404 Error for that mailchimp/js/datepicker.js asset in browser console?

    If you have, then file really does not exists but mailchimp plugin trying to enqueue it.

    In that case, you can do one of this:

    1. Remove enqueueing of that datepicker.js from mailchimp plugin or try to reinstall mailchimp plugin, or
    2. Disable auto minification and set it manually by adding existing assets to minify queue in W3TC.
