W3 Total Cache Error

  • This is what I get when I want to login to the WP backend:
    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place.     How do I manage to log in anyway?

  • Same problem. Why no reply to this problem from W3 Total Breakdown Cache?

    I’m getting this error, I tried to reinstall w3 cache, but then my blog quits working, then I have to .deactivate it via FTP. Anyone have ideas.

    Hi there

    Please go to /wp-content/ folder, and delete all cache related folders and files like object-cache.php, advanced-cache.php, cache folder etc. Then open wp-config.php file and remove the define for W3TC, it should be at top.

    Now install the plugin again and check if the issue is still there. If so, please file a report from Dashboard > Performance > Support section.
