I have W3 Total Cache installed on my site and installed Wordfence. It was running SUPER slow so I found an article that mentioned deactivating Query Monitor which I did and that seemed to resolve the issue. I noticed the mention of the W3 Total Cache conflict but since it was working okay, I went ahead and left W3 Total Cache alone. About an hour later my entire site crashed. I uninstalled Wordfence and went back in to check the settings in W3 Total Cache and the database was not set to cache so I do not believe that is the issue. I have read good things about this plugin but am afraid my site will crash again.

  • Hi,
There is something unclear when you say your website is “crashed”, does it show any error? like “error 500 server not found” for example? or just a blank white screen?

You should also check the server error log files to know the reason for this issue, after knowing what caused your website to crash we can go further.

    Thanks.
