W3 Total cache creates a huge cache folder

Hi,
Got a warning that my W3 Total cache creates a huge tmpWpfc folder, and it is over 1,7GB! Another site got me a warning from server admin about account size. I found some posts here with the same topic but no solution. Considering changing cache plugin but I rather get a solution here.
