W3 Total Cache Conflict

I have done a plugin/theme conflict test and have found that when using the W3 Total Cache plugin the redirects stop working when someone registers.

I have the form set to auto member role and to redirect to Home page after registration. Member role is set to require admin review.

W3 Total Cache is conflicting with these settings. When this is active, the registration form goes through as an auto activate and it does not redirect the person registering anywhere. One you register it stays in the same page with no indication that the submission went through.

Only recently has this conflict occurred.
