    is there a way to make the plugin works correctly with W3 Total Cache enabled?
    I think the issue depends from the W3 Total Cache settings.

  • Got the solution to this from another thread here.

    Turn caching off for the cookie “bid_1_password_protected_auth”. That will make it work with no problems.

    This is under Page Caching –> Cookies in the W3 Total Cache settings.
