    Hi,

In the last days, we are experiencing some issues with Contact Form 7: the confirmation message does not work and the loading wheel loads forever (even though the form is sent correctly by mail).

After a bit of troubleshooting with CF7 developers, we realized that the plugin responsible for this issue is W3 Total Cache (by deactivating it, CF7 goes back to normal functioning).

    Can you please help?

    Hello @btlrknd

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
So it appears that they’ve forwarded you here ??
The only thing I can suggest is to disable the settings one by one in Performance>General settings, save all settings and purge the cache and see which setting might be causing this. then once you figure which feature might be causing this, re-enable it and go to the options of that specific setting also disabling the options one by one.
You should also see while W3TC is enabled it disable any other plugins that may be causing conflict.
Alternatively, you should try disabling the ajax_loader
    Thanks!

    Hi, thanks for your reply!

Yes, you guessed right, I was forwarded here from CF7 support ??

I will try what you are suggesting and let you know.

In the meantime, is there a way to exclude a whole plugin from being affected by W3TC?

    Hello @btlrknd

It depends on what is causing the issue.
If for example, Minify is the problem, you can exclude JS/CSS in Performance>Minify>Advanced.
    Thanks!
