W3 Total Cache and NextGEN Gallery

  • Hi there!

    I have faced the followed issue: In a WP site W3 Total Cache seems like blocking NextGEN Gallery images in Simple slideshow galleries. The effect is that users should have been seeing images one after another in a slideshow. Instead, only first image cane be seen.

    My deep apologies if this has already been discussed.

    Any help – warmly appreciated.

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.

    Can you please share your website URL and also disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issue?

    Thank you very much for the quick response.

    Unfortunately, no pre-prod environment for this web and the first approved downtime slot is next weekend.

    Of course, I will follow instructions and contact you back here for the next steps

    Hi, this is not solved – the issue comes once W3 Total Cache is being activated. In this case, NextGEN Gallery images are stopped from the preview, only 1st picture is in the slideshow.

    It’s resolved, current versions (update WP, W3 and NextGen) are doing well!
