W3 Total Cache and JS minify

I have run https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights and it says “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content”.

I have set W3 TC to Minify JS and CSS but I guess that is only part of the solution.

Can anyone advise please?
