W3 on new autossl server can’t resolve Amazon AWS Cloudfront buckets

For days we’ve been trying to resolve the bad gateway errors we get now when using W3 on a new autossl server with Cloudfront buckets

For 2 months the buckets worked great in W3

Then we migrated to new server that has autossl

When the certs came live the new server had gateway resolve issues

So what is the magic formula to get cloudfront buckets working on autossl servers?

We tried new buckets, https buckets, we used generic until now and we are trying generic and pulldown cloudfront with and without the keys

Nothing works

Any ideas?
