W3, Jetpack and Smush

Hi, I’m using the smush plugin along along with w3 total cache and Jetpack (although as far as I can tell, Jetpack is currently not on an active subscription. But I’m still getting the following message:
You have several WordPress image optimization plugins installed. This can cause unpredictable behavior when optimizing your images, inaccurate reports, or images not displayed. For best results, use only one image optimizer plugin at a time. These plugins can cause problems with Smush:
W3 Total Cache, JetpackCan someone really clearly tell me exactly which options in the CDN should or should not be ticked to ensure there’s no conflicts?
As you can also see on my site, some of the images aren’t looking as sharp as I’d like even though I think they’re quite large?
