    Hi there,

Yesterday I found a very strange issue. If I deactivate W3 it will remove completly 2 Attributes from my woocommerce shop.. From backend and frontend..

Deleting cache etc don’t delete it, but deactivating yes. If I activate again, they go back…

    Hello @filipeos

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
When you say 2 attributes, can you please confirm you are referring to products in your shop?
Can you please manually delete the cache folder in the /wp-content/ folder, go back to the dashboard, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the problem persists?
ALso please share the website URL and the page you are seeing those products.
    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Yes, woocommerce attributes.

I’ve done the steps but AFTER I deactivate plugin the 2 sets of attributes are gone, from attributes page and products. Only reactivating it will make them show on both places again.

    Hello @filipeos

    Thank you for your feedback.
Can you please share the screenshot of what you are seeing when W3 Total Cache is enabled and disabled?.
Can you please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issue?
Please share the website URL and the page you are seeing the problem on.

    Thanks!
