W3 Crashed when activating debug. How to disable manually?

I activated three of the check boxes in the Debug area of the plugin that has the description: “Detailed information about each cache will be appended in (publicly available) HTML comments in the page’s source code.”
The site immediately crashed upon saving of these settings and the only way to get it back up was to manually change the plugin folder name. I cannot re-activate the plugin for fear of having it crash immediately. Please advise how to manually turn off the check box options in the database so I can safely reinstall the plugin.
