w3 crash with woo commerce

  • Hi
    i have several problem with w3 total cache because make crash with woo commerce ,and when i try to make some variation to the product, change price or different price for variation ,woo commerce allow th variation but doesn’t show on the page. so i deactivate all the plugin and found that make crash with w3. now the plugin is deactivate and the website work good.
    how can i resolve that?

  • ummmm that is so vague lol. What is crashing? How is it crashing? Are there any errors that appear or does it just go to a white screen? Does your server logs say anything? What caching methods are you running and are you running them from disk or something else?

    I mean that i f i have a products that the price is $ 5 and i want change the price to $7 , i go in Variation and i change the price to $ 7, the system tell me that the change is made but when i go in the product page i can’t see the change. but when i had deactivate the plugin everything is ok and show me the change on the product page.

    That means that the woocommerce update is not purging he w3tc cache. What you can do is on that page in the admin bar there should be a purge cache button.

    i did it, but its the same,my woo commerce works fine only whiteout w3 total cache.

    Did you follow the instructions from WooCommerce regarding the use of caching plugins ?
