W3 causing issue with Gravity Forms – Confirmations

We started having problems with two of our gravity forms, specifically forms with multiple pages. Once you got to the last page and clicked submit, it would return you to the first page of the form. Contacted Gravity Forms, reinstalled files, and it was still broken. Then started checking other plugins. I turned W3 off and the forms worked perfectly. Turned it back on, and they broke again. Evidently something in the forms is being cached that is preventing the submit button from performing correctly.
