W3 Cache Glitch on page refresh?

Hey guys. I am noticing that on my page refresh or when I navigate through the site, it’s flashing some funky HTML at something at me. A bit buggy. Any idea what that may be?

If you cliock through the site, you’ll see what looks like the DROPDOWN menu rendering in the upper left corner in html. Not smooth.Thank you
