[W023] EWZ: problem saving webform

    I am still getting this error:

    [W023] EWZ: problem saving webform. *** EntryWizard ERROR *** Failed to schedule close of webform.

    when saving the time of closing.
    I have update to the latest version.
    The changes are saved, just that the message appears.
    My fears is that may be other things that may malfunctioning.
    Any advise.

    Yes, that probably means that although the date/time is saved in EntryWizard’s tables, the automatic job was not set, and the closing will most likely not actually happen.

    The problem would have to do with WPCron, which runs the automated jobs in WordPress. Unfortunately, that does not tell us what went wrong.

    You may want to check your wp-config.php file to see if it has been disabled there. If it has, then a substitute should have been set up by whoever disabled it. The other thing you could try would be to look into plugins that manage “cron” jobs.

    Additional note: you do not need to worry about other parts of the application being broken — this problem would only affect automated opening/closing, etc. You can always do that manually.

    Just an add. My system (etobicoke camera club) does the same thing. but when i chk, the close date business was saved ok.
