    Hi @jackmullen

    I just tried to uninstall and install it and it works perfectly. Are you sure this problem only happens with wp-opcache and not all plugins ?

    I have the same problem here. “The plugin does not have a valid header”. Any help? I installed from plugins in the admin and also downloaded and uploaded mannualy with the same result.

    Same question, can you install other plugins ?

    ERROR: “The plugin does not have a valid header”
    same here.

    never seen this error before with another plugin!

    core, plugins, themes: all freshly updated.
    php 7.4, wp 6.0, wp-rocket cache activated

    can not use your plugin this way… can you fix this?

    ***

    update: changed something in wp-rocket setup, cleared cache and now it was possible to activate wp-opcache.

    update2: had changed phpversion from 7.3 to 7.4 !!!! i guess this was the problem, not wp-rocket !! perhaps you can check this

    => now it works!

    Thanks for this information.
    The plugin works with php 7.3 and I suspect wp-rocket which change headers to be the root cause of this problem.

    Could you tell what you change in wp-rocket to make it works for the record ?
    I will redirect the next guy coming with this error to this thread ??
