To display slider on the home page, follow below steps.

Step 1. Add new page as homepage >> Select “Custom Home Page” template from page attribute >> Update it.

Step 2. Go Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Home page Settings >> Select Home page in static page.

Step 3. Add a New page for slider add your title, content and featured image then update it.

Step 4. Go Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Slider Settings >> Click on hide and show box twice >> and then select your slider pages.

There is something wrong with my home page. I chose “custom home page” in page attribute then the footer disappeared, and the slider didn’t show up either. How can I reset all the settings on home page with your theme? Thanks

Please follow the above steps once more as you have not selected the static homepage from the customizer.

For Slider you have to make 4 different pages, then go to customizer >> VW Settings >> Slider Settings >> here you can select all the 4 slider pages.
