Thanks for the reply I have checked the post you mentioned However, could you let me know how I can ignore the notification because the security scan we are using is from manageWp and when I generate a report the vulnerability shows on it let me know if you have any idea on how i can turn this off or can re-installing the plugin again fix the issue?

Hi Any update or guidance on how i can ignore the notifications within your plugin please?

    Hello again.

    Sorry for the late response!

As this vulnerability is found on the full version of the plugin, we cannot provide more support on this forum. www.remarpro.com only hosts the free version of wpDataTables, and per the rules of the forum we cannot provide support for it.

The only advice we can give at this point is to update the plugin to the latest version.

If you have more questions about this or other issues, please feel free to open a ticket on our official support platform.

Kind regards, and thanks for your understanding.

One addition – since you’re seeing the warnings in wpDataTables Lite, as explained in this post, this is happening because the resource where the info about theme or plugin vulnerabilities are stored are generated by theme or plugin’s slug. Since the slugs are the same in both Lite and Full, you’re seeing these warnings.

You cannot remove the warnings through our plugin, but instead, you need to check with the plugin that’s generating the warning about how it can be removed for wpDataTables Lite.

Thanks for the explanation. I’ll try that out.
