Thank you for reaching out.
I am not sure which method you used to identify those, however, as you can see those are all old W3 Total Cache versions and you can also see on the right side that the mentioned issue was fixed in the next release.
Are you seeing any reported problems with the latest 2.2.1 release?

I am generating that report from https://geekflare.com/, an I am already used latest version of W3 Total Cache version, but still showing me error

Thank you for your feedback.
I’ve tried to test a couple of websites with W3 Total Cache installed and failed to get the response or any report for that matter.
Be that as it may, in the screenshot you shared, if you see the right column, you can see that the problems are fixed.
I’ve run some tests myself and there are no security issues with W3 Total Cache.
