vue.js enqueueing causing conflicts with other plugins

Your plugin is causing UI conflicts with other plugins because you are enqueueing scripts whenever admin loads. The issue I am seeing is with vue because your plugin is using a different version than mine. Please update your plugin to load your scripts only when active.
