VPS Managed Hosting – Need Recommendation

I currently have my sites on VPS hosting, but it’s unmanaged…so, every time something happens, I have to call my tech guy in another country…which isn’t great, when the sites have gone down.

Does anyone have a recommendation for VPS Managed Hosting that isn’t overly priced and that has good customer service in handling issues?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
