Good day,

It has been brought to my attention that my customers website visitors are in some instances unable to submit forms because their VPN IP address is flagged as spam.

I use a VPN myself as do many people I know and they seem to be getting more popular. Do you have any suggestions as to how your plugin can remain effective while not preventing form submission from people using VPNs. My worry is that this is “the tip of the iceberg” and could potentially render your plugin useless to me.

I would love to see something like a “second chance re-captcha”; in the event a form is submitted by a flagged IP the user has the opportunity to prove itself legitimate.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Good day,

I submitted this to the private ticket system.

How would you like me to mark records? According to the instructions I can mark them spam or not-spam but there is no option to mark them for analysis.

Please advise.

Simply mark several records as “Not Spam” for the blocked records that have VPN IP addresses:

That would be enough for us to know where to look at.
