Votio Visible without Voting

I’ve recently installed Votio onto my site ( https://www.southfresh.org ) with very little trouble. As the voting is really just for fun, I’d like to be able to make the results visible regardless of someone having voted. I’ve looked through the source, and being a noob to php, can’t locate the correct portion of the code where the code is rerouted if the cookie hasn’t been set. Any help would be appreciated.
