I have an embedded poll on the attached website, and I’ve set it up to show a “You’ve already voted” button whenever a person who already voted returns to the website. But it has happen in a few ocassions (at least that we know of) that it doesn’t show the results of the poll. I’ve had to try a couple of times by closing and re-entering the website to get it to work.

I should also mention that I’ve also set it up to limit voting attempts per user with cookies. And it’s also happened with some people who haven’t voted at all, the website shows that they’ve already voted, and they have to go to the trouble of open it in incognito mode or clear their cookies (but incognito mode works better), but that’s not what we want for our users.

Please we require a solutions to these problems as soon as posible.

    Dear @donafuturo,

    Thank you for your topic.

Please provide the specific link, where the given poll is located and where we can test the case. Please make sure the poll is accessible to guests, so we can review your case.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Here’s the page I attached before: https://espolshop.donafuturo.org/concurso-disena-tu-huella/. It’s supposed to be accesible to guests, I didn’t set up a restriction in that sense. If you can’t access, then I must tell you that I’ve had this case of someone from outside our based country (Ecuador) who also couldn’t access the poll, do you think that could be why you can’t access?

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

    Dear @donafuturo,

    Thank you for your response.

Currently, we can see the poll normally.
    See the screenshot below:

We have also noticed that the “After clicking on the button” option for results is enabled, and the functionality is working as expected.
    See the screenshot below:

However, the issues you mentioned may be related to caching. We observed that caching is enabled on your end.
    See the screenshot below:

To help resolve this, we recommend clearing all the caches and excluding the link, where the shortcode of the plugin is located.
After clearing caches, please check the case with different browsers or an Incognito Mode.

Let us know if everything works correctly afterward.

    Thank you.
