Voting isn’t working

I have 33 galleries set up with a combined 3,900 images. Each of the galleries is a contest that we were going to allow people to vote on for 10 days and then give an award to the top vote getter. However, the voting isn’t working. I have tried many different settings, and have updated the plugin in twice on the site, all to no avail.

Please help. I’d hate to let our fans down – they were expecting to be able to vote starting today. I have paid for the pro version and have spent many hours in this plugin.
