I took a look at your website and found another version of jQuery is being loaded by your eBay advertising widget: https://adn.ebay.com/files/js/min/jquery-1.6.2-min.js. This is non standard and likely causing plugin conflicts (including the issue described with Multi Rating). You should only use the default version of jQuery loaded with WordPress.
