• Thanks for plugin, in general works very nice but I’ve met two problems with voting for comments system.

    1) On mouseover at “∧” or “∨” buttons empty tool-tip is shown and I cannot find how to edit or disable it.

    2) Want to allow unregistered users to vote for comments but at the moment if such option is enabled plugin allows to vote unlimited times when user is not logged-in. Is it possible somehow to control it by IP or browser session?

    Grateful in advance for assistance.

    Hi @aslib,
I recommend deactivate and activate WooDiscuz plugin. Then navigate to Dashboard > WooDiscuz > Phrases admin page and check the missing phrases. The tooltips should be “Vote Up” and “Vote Down” in “Comment” tab of this admin page.

For the second issue I recommend delete all caches and disable other plugins. The test it again.

    Hi, @gvectors-team

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.

Performed as were prescribed. First issue (with empty tooltip) gone after disabling everything except woocommerce and woodiscuz, then found conflicting plugin enabling them one-by-one (it was WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter, if anyone cares ?? ). So this is solved.

Unfortunately no result on unlimited voting possibilities for unregistered users even after deleting cache, disabling everything and then enabling only woocommerce and woodiscuz. Also tried from different devices and browsers that never been visited my website before, same result achieved.

    Maybe any other suggestions?

    Hi @aslib,
We don’t see any issue with the guest voting. Each guest can vote only one time. Please leave your website URL to allow us check it.
