    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

I’ve install W3 Total Cache on my demo site with default settings and do not see that issue. Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, W3TC and switch to a standard theme of WordPress then check this issue again.

You have to believe me when I tell you that by disabling W3C everything works. I don’t have a standard configuration having REDIS cache. The problem seems to be blocking the REST APIs….not sure if it’s because of that. But I haven’t enabled chace on REST APIs.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

The JS files are minified so I’m not able to track where the issue is. Can you please unminified JS for a while and let me know?

Also, please try to isolate the issue by leaving only CusRev, WooCommerce and W3TC enabled, and switching to a standard theme of WordPress. Any JS errors from other plugins can break the JS function of our plugin or other ones.

    Fixed thanks.
It was in the “JS – Minify engine settings”

Line break removal (not safe, not applied when combine only is active) it bothered him.
